Chapter 1 , BUSINESS DRIVEN TECHNOLOGY ( :

Hye assalamualaikum ,

 Today i have learn about Business Driven Technology which is  Chapter 1. This chapter is quite interesting , i like it ;)

From this chapter , i got a lot of knowledge.  I knew that information technology is everywhere in business. Technology drive us to went to class, technology influence business too. simple right ? :)

However , Information technology's impact on business operations. 

1. Business Function receiving the greatest benefit from it which are customer services , finance , sales marketing and etc.
2. Besides that ,  IT have it project goal which are reduce cost , improve customer satisfaction , generate growth and etc. Organization  typically operated by functional areas or functional silos . Functional organization means each area has its own systems communicates with every other functional area. For example human resources  ,they communicate to every functional in order to hiring worker, selecting and training.  do you understand ? i'm really sure that all of you will understand about it. hihi.

This is the book that i read . hoho ( :

Okay let proceed to Information technology Basics. It contains of two part which is :

1. Information technology (IT) - a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information. Let say , you want to sell shawl , so with IT you can manage and process all the information to your client. ;)
2.  Managing Information Systems (MIS) -business function , how we can move on the activities.

Furthermore, i knew about this , i will explain it to make all my reader understand about it ;) :

1. Data information and business intelligence - marketing working with other organizational department. example. Marketing with HR.
2. IT resources - people use, IT for work it and information
3. IT cultures - contains of 4 part which is :

• Information functional culture :  employees use this to influence. E.g : manager in sales refuses to share information with department
• Information sharing culture : Employees willing to share information. E.g : coordinator with student
• Information - inquiring culture : Employees across department search for information to understand about something clearly. e.g : perodua , the inquiring to introduce a new design since nowadays many people around 20-30 had bankrupt
• information - discovery culture : Seek ways to create competitive advantages. If anything problem occur, try to solve it.
