For your information the average company spends nearly half of every dollar that it earns on production. In the past , companies focused primarily on manufacturing and quality improvements to influence their supply chain.
Supply chain is one of the important thing that will drive to the success organization.
Firstly this is the basic of supply chain:
company would used this basic in order to get profit for their company. They must use it step by step systematically. So , they will success.
Organization must embrace technologies that can effectively manage supply chain.
However , this is the factors driving SCM.
All of this are important in our organization. SCM success factor include:
- make the sale to supplier
- wean employees off traditional business
- ensure scm system supports the organizational goals
- deploy in incremental phases and measure and communicate success
- be future oriented
when a company introduced something new , they will apply the first too. Besides that , i think both sides must build a good relationship and communicate effectively to achieve organization goals
